Panasonic Toughbook, ora con Windows 8
Panasonic rinnova la gamma di notebook rugged Toughbook, integrando l’ambiente operativo Windows 8.
La linea di notebook ad elevata resistenza Panasonic Toughbook vanta ora le nuove funzionalità del sistema operativo Microsoft Windows 8. I sistemi più moderni vantano dunque configurazioni con processori Intel Core i5 su piattaforma vPro e ambiente di lavoro Windows 8 Pro.
Nel dettaglio, i modelli che sono stati aggiornati sono tre per la famiglia rugged, Toughbook CF-31, CF-19 e CF-H2, e uno della serie semi-rugged, Toughbook CF-53.
Il passaggio al più recente sistema Microsoft consente agli utenti professionali e alle aziende di beneficiare di un database di periferiche esteso, delle maggiori potenzialità di elaborazione e del supporto di nuove features. Si tratta perciò di una soluzione adeguata per l’aggiornamento del parco macchine e per consolidare l’infrastruttura IT, nel segno della continuità, rispetto a Windows XP, supportato sino al 2014 e a Windows 7.
Di seguito riportiamo le specifiche principali dei modelli che saranno distribuiti con il sistema operativo Windows 8:
